I moved up to New England to help care for my brother while he was dealing with a chronic illness. That period changed a lot for me. It made me pay closer attention to what actually helps people, what creates stress, and what makes life a little easier when someone already has enough on their plate.

In every job I had, I kept learning by being the person willing to handle the things other people usually avoided. The setup, the fix, the integration, the thing that was annoying but mattered. I never saw that as glamorous. I just realized that if I could do the work other people did not want to do, that would be valuable to someone else.

That mindset eventually turned into this. I started seeing how many good businesses were doing everything right in real life, but had websites that did not reflect the quality of what they actually offered. I liked the idea of stepping in, cleaning that up, and building something that made people feel proud when they looked at it.

I’m a small business owner too. I know how personal it all is. Your business is not just work. It is something you care about deeply.
